Our Guarantee

At Heber AZ Real Estate, we take great pride in the quality of our historic map reproductions. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.

Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For items that arrived damaged or defective, we extend this period to 45 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original packaging, where applicable
  • For unframed maps, the tube or flat package must be unopened unless the product is defective or damaged
  • For framed maps, all protective wrapping must be intact unless the product is defective or damaged
  • The item must include all accessories and documentation that were originally included
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within the return period (30 days for standard returns, 45 days for damaged/defective items).
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return in your message.
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return instructions.
  4. Package the item carefully in appropriate protective packaging.
  5. Include the RMA number visibly on the outside of the package.
  6. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.

Custom Orders

Custom-made or personalized maps are created specifically to your specifications and cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. This includes custom framing, custom sizes, or specially commissioned map reproductions.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Full Refunds

We issue full refunds for:

  • Items returned in original, unopened condition within 30 days
  • Items that arrived damaged or defective
  • Items that were incorrectly shipped (wrong item sent)

Partial Refunds

We may issue partial refunds for:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (10-30% restocking fee may apply)
  • Items that show signs of use or handling beyond inspection
  • Items missing original packaging or components

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product due to a defect or damage, please follow the return process outlined above. For exchanges of a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item
  3. Do not discard the original packaging until the claim is resolved
  4. We will arrange for the return shipping at our expense and send a replacement or issue a full refund
