Processing Times
At Heber AZ Real Estate, we take great care in preparing your historic map reproductions. All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when your package has shipped.
Shipping Methods and Timeframes
We offer the following shipping options for all orders within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $8.95 for orders under $100, FREE for orders over $100
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $14.95
- Rush Shipping (1-2 business days): $24.95
Please note that these timeframes refer to shipping transit times and do not include order processing time. For accurate delivery estimates, please add 1-3 business days to the shipping timeframes above.
Map Packaging and Protection
We understand the delicate nature of our historic map reproductions. To ensure they arrive in perfect condition, we employ the following packaging methods:
- Standard Maps (up to 24" x 36"): Shipped in heavy-duty protective tubes to prevent creasing or damage.
- Large Format Maps (over 24" x 36"): Shipped flat in reinforced cardboard packaging with corner protectors.
- Framed Maps: Carefully packaged with foam corner protectors and double-boxed to ensure maximum protection.
All packages include "Fragile" labeling and are insured against damage during transit.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Please note that international customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by their country's customs authorities.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website or by contacting our customer service team.
Delivery Issues
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit:
- Please inspect all packages upon delivery before signing for them.
- If you notice damage to the outer packaging, please note this on the delivery receipt.
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged package.
- Please take photos of any damaged items and packaging for our claims process.
Our customer service team will work with you to resolve any delivery issues promptly.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Additional charges may apply for packages returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts. We recommend using a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package.
